General Policy for Both Digital Marketing & Web Development Services:
Non-tangible Services: As our services (both digital marketing and web development) are non-tangible, once the work has commenced, refunds or returns are generally not applicable. Each project will involve significant time and resources dedicated to fulfilling the client’s requests.
Customization and Project Scope: Our services are tailored according to the client's specific requirements and objectives. Changes to the scope or project timeline may impact the refund or cancellation options, as described below.
Digital Marketing Services Refund Policy:
A. Cancellation and Refund
Ongoing Monthly Services (e.g., SEO, PPC, Social Media):
- ◉Cancellations must be requested 7 days before the next billing cycle. Any services rendered during
- the current billing cycle will not be eligible for a refund.
- ◉Partial refunds are not available for completed work within an ongoing monthly cycle.
One-time Projects:
- ◉For one-time projects, a partial refund may be provided based on the percentage of work completed.
- ◉If no work has commenced, a full refund can be requested within 7 days of payment.
B. No Guarantees for Specific Results
- We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., website traffic increases, conversions, or sales). The success of marketing campaigns can vary based on market conditions, client involvement, and algorithm changes. Refunds cannot be issued for dissatisfaction with results unless there is a failure to provide the agreed-upon services.
3. Web Development Services Refund Policy
A. Cancellation and Refund
- Project-Based Work:
- ◉A full refund is only available if no work has been started. If the client cancels the project after work has commenced but before completion, a partial refund will be provided, depending on the amount of work completed (e.g., design drafts, code development).
- ◉The client must submit cancellation requests in writing to emanagerit@gmail.com within 1 working days of starting the project.
◉ Phased Deliverables:
Web development projects are typically divided into phases (e.g., design, development, testing). Refunds are not provided for work completed in earlier phases once the phase has been approved by the client and the next phase begins.
B. Scope Changes and Adjustments
- If the client requests changes that are outside the initial scope of work, additional charges may apply, and this does not qualify for a refund.
C. Failure to Provide Required Information
- The client must provide all necessary content, assets, and information required to complete the web development project on time. Delays in providing this information may impact the project timeline, and refunds will not be granted due to such delays.
4. Process for Requesting Refunds
To request a refund, please follow the steps below:

Project name or service purchased
Date of purchase
Reason for the refund request
- Upon receiving your request, we will review your case and notify you of the status within 7 business days.
- If the refund is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 7 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Services that have been completed as per the initial agreement
- Custom web development services or digital marketing campaigns that have been launched or executed
- Services that have been delivered but are not used by the client
- Any consulting fees or services rendered outside of the project scope
6. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 2 days. We will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. In cases where an agreement cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated for mediation or arbitration.
